Yay~ I did it! I participated in my first Triathlon ever today. ( Run a 5k, Bike 10 miles, Swim 350 m) It was really hard but the feeling after was well worth it! I finished in a hour and a half but I know it could of been done faster. (Next time :)) I took my time during my transitions that cost me some time. My goal was to just finish but I finished without stopping! Excited to start training seriously for my next one~
My roomate Erin and I before the big race
There were over 460 entries this year. Sooo many bikes.
Just finished pulling off my swim cap ...done!
Yay for Triathlons!

Wow! What an accomplishment! GOOD JOB! Melanie, Megan, and Ole are trying to get me to run with them in the London's Run that they hold here in QC. There is a 5K race and I've been doing their "training" with them (running around the fields at the farm!)...it will take a miracle! BUT, I do believe miracles happen every day...so we'll see!
AND yes, Ole kinda likes a cute girl named Jessica! She is a lot of fun and she is from Coolidge and was in our ward.
you are so the most hard core! i feel so lazy! ha ha! love you and i am STOKED for you to come home!
That's awesome! I've had some desire to try a triathlon, but I can't swim (Arielle tried to teach me) and I don't have a bike. So I guess I'll stick to running for now, but maybe someday!!
Kenzie: It has been such a pleasure to read your 'travelogue' of studies & adventure while you have been at the Paul Mitchell School.
Your words & pictures 'have really taken us there.' Congratulations to you on your triathalon. You are a gem of a lovely, talented young'un.... polishing up so many skills. Cheers to your radiance.
